RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

Putting your marketing brawn and brains to the test, following are the core activities you’ll own:

• Produce graphics and copy for paid digital advertising, including social media ads, banner ads, and native ads
• Contribute to the creative and artistic direction of digital projects, including social media, email, and web graphics
• Create digital deliverables for numerous clients, collaborating with the digital team
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure all designs meet both the agency and client standards
• Contribute to the creative process, including developing creative concepts and writing digital ad copy to designing social media graphics

REQUIREMENTS

What it Takes

If you are a multi-tasking, creative marketing professional with a passion for perfection and a deep understanding of what makes brands tick, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Required:

NOTE: Due to Federal client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered, and candidates cannot have dual citizenship.

• Must be eligible to obtain government clearance
• 2+ years of professional experience in digital design and copywriting
• B2C and B2B marketing strategies and campaign experience
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite Programs, Canva, and other industry standard technologies
• Exceptional design aesthetic and typography skills
• Experience creating graphics and layouts for social media posts, emails, and digital ads
• Deep understanding of all major social media networks, marketing strategies, and digital advertising design
• Organized, flexible, and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong digital-forward portfolio showcasing strengths in typography, design, and visual storytelling

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, digital communications, or related field
