As an Adoption Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will leverage your expertise to guide and support the adoption of innovative technologies and processes within the organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide training, and develop strategies to ensure smooth transitions. This role is critical in driving the successful adoption and maximizing the benefits of new implementations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies for new technologies and systems
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the adoption lifecycle
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on new technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption
• Monitor and evaluate the adoption process, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges
• Create and maintain documentation and resources to support adoption efforts
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in technology adoption
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and success

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical consulting role
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
