As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining prompts to optimize the performance of AI models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement prompts that enhance user experience and improve AI model outputs. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop prompts to optimize AI model performance and user interaction
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to refine prompt strategies
• Conduct experiments to assess the effectiveness of different prompts and iterate based on results
• Analyze and interpret data to improve prompt efficacy and model performance
• Document prompt designs and maintain a library of effective prompts
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical consulting role
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
