As a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for leading our marketing strategy and execution. This is a part-time, flexible role designed for experienced marketing leaders who can provide strategic insight and hands-on support to help drive our company’s growth. You will collaborate closely with our executive team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with our business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
• Lead and manage all marketing efforts, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email campaigns, and SEO
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
• Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance to the executive team
• Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve their goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a technical consulting or technology-driven environment
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
