How to Request IT Staff Through the Contract
Start with the role and assignment you need. Florida’s contract then uses a request for quote (RFQ) and purchase order process to obtain staff augmentation services.

Define the Role
Identify the job duties, required qualifications and experience, assignment term, and service expectations.

Issue an RFQ
Follow the contract’s Business Network process if your organization uses MFMP, or its email RFQ procedure if it does not.

Evaluate and Order
Review contractor responses, make your selection under applicable requirements, and issue a purchase order to the selected contractor.
