KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the program and project management teams, including our Sales Program Manager, to align business development efforts with project delivery capabilities.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide strategic insights and feedback to enhance our product and service offerings based on client interactions.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and setting performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business development and sales, with a preference for talent with a background in technology, custom development, or cloud solutions.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets, e.g., consistently exceeding quarterly revenue goals by 20%.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud, automation and AI landscape and key market trends.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and keen business acumen.
